Marlon is an associate in the Commercial Property Law division of the firm. He holds a BA Law and LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and served his articles at Tonkin Clacey Incorporated in 2023, continuing with the firm after his admission as an attorney.
He practices in all areas of property law, with a specialized focus on property-related due diligence investigations, particularly in renewable energy projects and large-scale real estate transactions. Marlon also assists in the FNB and Standard Bank Home Loans departments, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of mortgage transactions.
Passionate about real estate as both an asset class and an industry, Marlon is committed to leveraging his legal expertise to provide a holistic, solutions-driven service to clients. He is currently working towards his admission as a conveyancer and notary, further strengthening his ability to serve in complex property transactions.
Outside of work, Marlon enjoys a round of golf and spending time with family and friends.
