Samantha Farren

Samantha is a director in the commercial property division of the firm. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Diploma in Corporate Law from Rand Afrikaans University. She is a practising conveyancer and notary public.

In her 22 years as a property attorney, she has attended to conveyancing for both the residential and commercial property sectors, the acquisition and disposal of large property portfolios for corporate clients, the registration of commercial mortgage bonds, notarial bonds, the opening of sectional title schemes and lease agreements.

In addition to conveyancing and notarial work, Samantha has experience in the drafting of a wide range of property related commercial agreements for corporate clients and due diligence work on renewable energy and other property projects.
