Natania Holtzhausen

Natania joined Tonkin Clacey Incorporated in 2012 as a candidate attorney and upon completion of her articles she was appointed as an associate in 2014. In 2023 Natania was appointed as a Director. Natania practices as a Conveyancer and Notary Public and provides a wide range of property and notarial services.

Natania was first employed as a conveyancing paralegal whilst she studied part time for her LLB degree and did her articles with Erasmus Jooste Inc. During this period Natania developed an eagerness to learn more about property law and to become a qualified and accomplished Conveyancer and Notary Public.

She heads up the ABSA Bank Bond Department at the firm, is involved in a broad range of property and conveyancing matters and manages the estate agent transfers done by the firm.

Natania further obtained an advance diploma in deceased estates practice and also heads up our estates department. She has developed a keen interest in the winding up of estates and together with that, attending to deceased estate transfers and endorsements.

Natania enjoys working with the clients ensuring that her matters are attended to expertly and diligently, ensuring client satisfaction and that client’s expectations have been met.

In her spare time, Natania enjoys spending time with her family, reading and practising the art of photography and cooking.
